Who successfully performed a surgery to repair a left foot deformity caused by a crushing injury. Dr. Martini also toured the hospital, reviewed its services, and presented a commemorative gift to the surgery department—a box of surgical instruments for hand surgery.
It is worth mentioning that Professor Dr. Abdul Qader Martini is one of the world-renowned medical figures. After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Damascus, he specialized in orthopedic surgery at the University of Hamburg in Germany. He obtained a certificate in plastic and reconstructive surgery from the Work Accident Hospital in the city of Ludwigshafen, Germany. He then returned to assume the position of President of Al-Andalus Private University for Medical Sciences from 2007 to 2020. He currently serves as a professor at Heidelberg University in Germany and is a hand surgery specialist in its hospitals. He has received the HEINE Award for best scientific research and has over 1,900 citations for his scientific articles, which exceed 400 peer-reviewed research papers in scientific journals, and the list goes on.
