Announcement Regarding the Opening of Nominations for the Student Academic Exchange Scholarship

The Directorate of International Relations at Al Andalus University for Medical Sciences announces the opening of nominations for the student academic exchange scholarship for students of the Faculty of Medical Engineering (under the Erasmus+ program with Peter Pazmany University, Hungary). The scholarship is for one student (for one semester lasting five months) from Al Andalus University for Medical Sciences. The student will spend a five-month period between February and June of the 2025/2026 academic year.
The selected student will receive a grant of 3,048 Euros, covering the flight allowance and including registration and accommodation fees.
Interested students must submit the following documents to the Directorate of International Relations:
- An (uncertified) transcript of records.
- A motivation letter.
- A document proving English language proficiency from the Language Center (or an IELTS/TOEFL certificate).
- A copy of the first page of a research paper published by the student (if applicable).
The nominated student must meet the following conditions:
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Have an English language proficiency level not lower than Level 3.
- Not have previously benefited from a similar scholarship during their university studies.
- Have completed the first two years of study without failing any subject.
- Must not be a final-year student at the beginning of the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic year.
- Must not have received any form of university disciplinary action during their studies.
Please note that the deadline for scholarship applications is the end of the official working day on December 6, 2025. Interviews will be conducted thereafter to select the candidate.
Applications are submitted at the office of the Vice President for Administrative and Student Affairs.
