Announcement Regarding the Start of Registration for Applicants Accepted in the Equivalent Transfer Competition from Non-Syrian Universities for the 2025-2026 Academic Year.

Al Andalus University for Medical Sciences announces the start of registration for applicants accepted in the equivalent transfer competition from non-Syrian universities for the 2025-2026 academic year for the faculties of Human Medicine, Dentistry, Medical Engineering, and Nursing. Registration will be from Tuesday, November 25, 2025, until Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, at the university headquarters located in Tartous – Al-Qadmous.
Applicants must bring their registration documents as follows:
First: Holders of the Syrian Secondary School Certificate:
- The original secondary school certificate, duly attested, along with 4 attested copies.
- The original transcript, duly attested by the transferring university, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing country, the Syrian Embassy in that country, and the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, along with 3 attested copies from the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs only.
- A duly attested student portfolio/university life file.
- A duly attested study plan (module specification) including the number of credit hours for each course.
- A copy of the personal ID (or a civil registry extract if no ID is available).
- A copy of the passport (recent).
- 5 personal photos.
- Proof of the student's duration of residence in the country of the transferring university.
- Arabic translation of all documents and certificates issued in a foreign language, duly attested (Ministry of Justice – Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
Second: Holders of a Non-Syrian Secondary School Certificate:
- The original secondary school certificate, duly attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing country, the Syrian Embassy in that country, and the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, along with 4 attested copies from the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs only.
- The original certificates for grades 9, 10, and 11, duly attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing country, the Syrian Embassy in that country, and the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, along with 3 attested copies from the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs only.
- A certificate of equivalency for the certificate from the Ministry of Education in the issuing country, duly attested, along with a copy attested by the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (for certificates following a foreign curriculum).
- Payment receipt for the non-Syrian certificate equivalency fees (25,000 SYP for Syrians / 150 USD for non-Syrians). Payment is made at branches of the Central Bank or the Postal Savings Bank in all governorates to the account of the Ministry of Education named (Examinations Directorate / Certificate Equivalency), account number 7675857258213712 (the name must match the name on the secondary certificate).

- A duly attested student portfolio/university life file.
