Announcement Regarding University Transportation Registration for First-Year Students According to the Required Attendance Days for the Autumn Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year

- Registration begins concurrently with the student's university registration exclusively via the student portal (Learnata).
- Fee amounts are proportional to the remaining duration of use for the current academic year (for new students only).
- The deadline for paying the transportation fee for the current semester will be announced in advance.
- Appropriate measures will be taken if payment is not completed within the announced period.
- To withdraw from the university transportation service, please visit the University Services Follow-up Office, and submit a withdrawal form. Withdrawal is only considered valid after signing the form and submitting it to the University Services Follow-up Office.
- In case of withdrawal, the student will incur a progressive cancellation fee based on the fee value and duration of membership:
- Withdrawal within the first week after registration: 25% of the transportation fee.
- Withdrawal within the second week after registration: 50% of the transportation fee.
- Withdrawal from the university transportation service is not permitted for any reason after three weeks from the registration date.
- In case of misconduct or violations of transportation rules, the student will receive a warning. Upon receiving two warnings, the student will be dismissed from the service and is not entitled to any refund.
- If a student uses the transportation service without prior registration and in violation of the rules, they will be required to pay the full semester fee, starting from the date of their university registration.
- In cases of necessity, emergency, withdrawal, or violations of transportation conditions, the University Services Follow-up Office will contact the student's parents/guardians.
- Pick-up and drop-off locations and times from city and rural centers, as well as return trips from the university to stops in city and rural centers, will be determined in accordance with the academic schedule and applicable regulations and laws.
- For complaints, observations, and suggestions, please contact the University Services Follow-up Office and the Transportation Department immediately.
- A new transportation line will be established for any area if a sufficient number of students register for it.
Note: Free transportation will be provided for students accepted to the university and their parents/guardians during their university registration confirmation period.
