Work Visit to Al-Qadmous National Hospital by the College of Hospital Management

As part of the annual plan for the College of Hospital Management to integrate its students and staff into the local community, the college administration, represented by Dean Dr. Hussein Ibrahim and Dr. Wasim Bilal, Dr. Rasha Hamdoush, and Dr. Asif Haidar, conducted a work visit and meeting with the Director of Al-Qadmous National Hospital, Dr. Suleiman Badr, in the presence of school health physician Dr. Tawfiq Ismail.
An agreement was reached on work and collaboration mechanisms to enhance the administrative skills of the college students, which includes conducting workshops by Dr. Suleiman Badr related to hospital management. Students will also visit some administrative departments of the hospital and interact with its staff. Lectures will be delivered by college faculty members to the employees of Al-Qadmous National Hospital on communication skills, teamwork, and leadership skills.
Additionally, a visit was paid to the Health Region Director in Al-Qadmous, Dr. Nidal Shaaban, to achieve the college's goals of integrating its students with local community activities.
Practical steps were agreed upon to enhance this aspect.
