Scientific Workshop on Endodontics

The Faculty of Dentistry, in collaboration with the National Union of Syrian Students, Al Andalus University branch, and with the participation of Al-Karam Dental Equipment Company, organized a scientific workshop on endodontics on the 9th and 10th of March 2024.
Three scientific lectures were delivered on the latest automated preparation devices, the applied preparation systems, and thermal filling techniques. The practical part of the workshop involved each student performing a hands-on exercise using the automated preparation device to prepare a root canal. This included using irrigation solutions and activating these solutions inside the root canal, followed by filling the canal using the employed thermal filling technique.
