Summary
The main goal of hospitalization is to restore or improve health so that patients can return to their homes, and therefore hospital stays are intended to be relatively short and for patients to be able to leave them safely and return to their homes or go to other health care centers where treatment can be completed. .
Research objectives: To measure the dimensions of the quality of hospital accommodation services (non-clinical), to identify the strengths and weaknesses of these services, to suggest priorities for improvement, and to present recommendations to decision-makers for the proper planning of these services.
Therefore, it is necessary to shed light on the methods of evaluating the preparation of improvement plans in order to stop wastage through the depletion of (scarce) health resources resulting from inadequate accommodations (hospital admission cases) and non-conforming accommodations (hospitalization of the patient).
