The student presented the research problem, which is the existence of a number of factors influencing beneficiary's satisfaction towards health insurance services. She also explored the objectives, variables and assumptions of the study, as well as the methodology, procedures of data collection & analysis and the expected results of the study. This was followed by the provision of some guidance and recommendations from members of the academic staff at the faculty to ensure the success of the graduation project.
