Fourth Year Nursing Faculty Students Visit Melody of Life Kindergarten

As part of their Community Health Nursing Course, Fourth Year Nursing students visited Melody of Life Kindergarten in Al-Kadmous. There, students were introduced to the sections of the kindergarten, the health environment of classrooms, the playground, and public facilities. Students were familiarized with the age groups in the kindergarten, and how to cope with health conditions, such as contagious or infectious diseases, in case they occur. Nursing students presented a variety of educational lectures on personal, dental, and hand hygiene, as well as healthy food, by using several means, such as theatrical plays, colored drawings, and listening and movement learning games. Finally, visiting students enjoyed the fun times with the kindergarten children in the playground.
