Participation of Al-Andalus University in The Fifth Scientific Conference on Medical Management

Al-Andalus University has participated in The Fifth Scientific Conference on Medical Management: "Pioneering in the Management of the Medical System", which was held under the auspices of the Governor of Lattakia, Eng. A'amer Ismail Hilal.
The conference was held in Lattakia on March 30th and 31st, 2022.
Prof. Dr Ali Ibrahim, Vice President of Al-Andalus University, has participated in the conference by giving a speech about Al Andalus University, in general, and the Faculty of Hospital Management, in particular, being the only faculty in Syria that awards a degree in this specialty.
In addition, members of the academic staff at the university have given various lectures related to topics of the conference, as detailed below.
Dr. Rola Alio, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, has given a lecture titled "Clinical Pathways as a Strategy Quality for Developing Healthcare".
Dr. Aida Habib, a member of the academic staff at the Faculty of Hospital Management, has given a lecture titled "Health-Related Decision-Making Based on Health Economics".
Dr. Mohammed Ayham Darwish, a member of the academic staff at the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering, has given a lecture titled "Medical Waste Management and Infection Control".
Dr. Adnan Badour, a member of the academic staff at the Faculty of Hospital Management, has also participated by delivering a lecture titled "Hospital Accreditation: A Comparison between the Requirements of Accrediting Teaching Hospitals and Other Hospitals".
Dr. Mohammed Sha'ban, a member of the academic staff at the Faculty of Hospital Management, has delivered a lecture titled "Computer-Aided Hospital Maintenance Management".
