The First Scientific Symposium of the Faculty of Medicine for the Academic Year 2021/2022, Titled: The Latest on COVID-19 and Its Clinical Manifestations

Under the auspices of Prof Dr Mohammed A’amer Al-Mardini, president of Al Andalus University, the Faculty of Medicine has held its first scientific symposium for the academic year 2021/2022, titled: The Latest on COVID-19 and Its Clinical Manifestations.
Dr Hussein Salman, one of the participants, talked about his experience in diagnosing and treating coronavirus patients in Tartous and Lattakia. In addition, Dr Khaldoun Mas'oud talked about coronavirus, infection methods and ways of protection. Finally, Dr Kasser Ad-Daw and Dr Safaa Salman talked about the systemic manifestations of coronavirus and the considerations that should be given to pregnant women respectively.
The symposium was attended by the president of Al Andalus University, his two vice presidents, members of staff and a crowd of students.
