· Module Description

The module focuses on the composition of the human body and its functions at the cellular, tissue, organ and system levels. It also explains in detail the physiology of different organ systems and focuses on applying this knowledge in nursing care provided to patients.

o 40%: Class activity.

o 60%: End-of-term exam.

Introduction to physiology, physiology of blood, physiology of cardiovascular system, physiology of respiratory system, physiology of urinary system, physiology of nutrition, physiology of gastroentestinal system, physiology of nervous system, muscle physiology, bone physiology and endocrine system physiology.
