Descriptive anatomy

Module Description

This module introduces students to the description of the human body and its anatomical structure. It clarifies the anatomical structure of the various organ systems of the body and their interrelations using illustrations and manikins. The module focuses on the application of this knowledge to the nursing care of patients and describes the human body and the anatomical structures of its various organ systems.

Assessment methods

o 40%: Class activity.

o 60%: End-of-term exam.
