Structure of atoms and nucleus, and their properties – radioactive decay - nuclear interaction - neutron physics - x-ray generation, loading charts in roentgen lamp and their parameters - medical imaging methods and medical image parameters - x-ray measurement methods and uses - basics of ionizing radiation - energy transfer to matter - cell radiosensitivity - radiobiological effects.
