To gain knowledge about electronic circuits and their partial and complete role in medical engineering systems. In addition, to understand the side effects on biological values, on the way of processing them, and taking them into consideration.

General signals: concept, types, properties and mathematical study – Bio-signals: source and properties – Electronic components used in analogue circuits for biological uses – Noise: the design of low-noise amplifier for biological applications – The concept of signal to noise ratio and its importance in bioelectronic circuits – Isolation amplifiers in medical applications – Stimulation circuits – Digital circuits – D/A & A/D converters.
