Students should acquire knowledge and understanding of fabrication microelectronic circuits, semiconductors technology, very-large-scale integration (VLSI) circuits and the various interconnections between the elements of these circuits.

60%: End-of-term exam.

The module contains a general introduction to the fabrication of integrated electronic circuit, technology of integrated electronic circuit, uni-crystal integrated circuits, preparation of semiconducting chip, components of integrated circuits, resistances of integrated circuits, coils of integrated circuits, integrated transistors, integrated diodes, field-effect integrated components, technology of hybrid circuits, electric isolation, digital integrated circuits.
