Pulmonary arteriovenous malformations (PAVMs) are abnormal communications between pulmonary arteries and veins that bypass the normal pulmonary capillary bed. They are most commonly associated with hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT), while idiopathic cases are rare.

Role of AI in Tumor Microenvironment Digital pathology has made a significant progress in guiding treatment strategies in cancer patients through identification of tumor microenvironment elements and their role in prognosis and resistance. Digital pathology has also enhanced our understanding of receptor-ligand binding. Spatial analyses in gastric adenocarcinoma and bladder cancer revealed that tumor cells rich in major histocompatibility II (MHC-II) molecules demonstrate a higher expression of lymphocyte-activation gene 3 (LAG-3)
