Announcement Regarding Opening Nominations

The Directorate of International Relations at Al Andalus University for Medical Sciences announces the opening of nominations for the academic exchange scholarship for students of the Faculties of Dentistry, Medical Engineering, Hospital Management, and Nursing (under the Erasmus+ program with George Emil Palade University, Târgu Mureș, Romania). The grant is for two students (for a full semester) from Al Andalus University for Medical Sciences. The students will spend a 5-month period between February 16 and July 19, 2026.
The selected student will receive a travel allowance of 275 euros and a monthly stipend of 800 euros.
Interested students must submit the following documents to the Directorate of International Relations:
- Transcript of Records (uncertified)
- Motivation Letter
- Proof of English Language Proficiency from the Language Center (or IELTS/TOEFL certificate)
- Copy of the first page of a published research paper by the student (if applicable)
The nominated student must meet the following conditions:
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Have an English language proficiency level not lower than Level 3.
- Not have previously benefited from a similar scholarship during their university studies.
- Have completed the first two years of study without failing any subject.
- Must not be a final-year student at the beginning of the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year.
- Must not have received any form of university disciplinary action during their studies.
Please note that the final deadline for grant applications is the end of the official working day on Saturday, November 22, 2025. Interviews will be conducted after this date to select the candidates.
Applications are submitted at the office of the Vice President for Administrative Affairs.
