Participation of Al Andalus University for Medical Sciences in the Syrian Academic Summit Conference "SAFIR"

Al Andalus University for Medical Sciences has participated in the Syrian Academic Summit Conference "SAFIR". Dr. Amal Yousfan participated in the conference, which was held in Rida Said Hall at Damascus University from the 15th to the 18th of this September, with a lecture entitled: "Reforming Higher Education in Post-Liberation Syria."
The conference included a number of sessions that addressed topics of scientific research and innovation, addressing challenges, building bridges towards innovating new products, in addition to establishing a research system that enhances national competence and achieves a global impact.
The sessions also touched upon globalization and Syrian-international cooperation, linking national and international institutions and enhancing partnerships, in addition to the "Gateway to the World" axis concerning academic mobility, joint programs, and global integration.
Al Andalus University for Medical Sciences affirms its constant keenness to participate in leading scientific events and to support its academic staff in international forums, stemming from its role in promoting scientific research and serving the community.
