Within the framework of community service and in fulfillment of the university's mission, and out of keenness to assist our students who have completed their secondary education in identifying and choosing their future specializations, Al Andalus University for Medical Sciences held the first day of the "Know Your Major" event series on Wednesday, 03/9/2025.

Event Proceedings:
- Opening:
The program began by receiving and welcoming the students and the administrations of the participating schools. This was alongside a comprehensive introduction to the event, its objectives, and its accompanying activities, delivered by Professor Dr. Ali Ibrahim, the University Vice President for Administrative and Student Affairs. - Introductory Tour:
The students toured the university's faculties, facilities, and university hospital. The tour included visits to the scientific laboratories, lecture halls, classrooms, and activities that complement the educational process. - Scientific Meeting:
A meeting was held in the university's Grand Auditorium. During it, the administration of each faculty presented introductory presentations about the nature of study in each major and the available job market prospects for graduates. Professor Dr. Kanaan Al-Tamimi, the University Vice President for Scientific Affairs, also delivered a speech addressing the university's scientific vision, the role of researchers, and the prospects for research and scientific publication at the university. - Conclusion:
The event concluded by distributing commemorative shields to the representatives of the participating schools and taking memorial photos to document the occasion.
