Closing the Course on Basic Skills of Health Care for Students of the Faculty of Pharmacy

The Faculty of Nursing has held a basic skills course on health care for fourth year students of the Faculty of Pharmacy. The course included the following topics: vital signs and their measurement, types of injections, IV access and drawing blood, suturing and wound dressing. The course was presented by Dr. Friyal Nizamli, Nursing Faculty Scientific Vice Dean; Ms. Manar Hasan; and Ms. Iman Salman. The previous topics were reviewed in the theoretical part that included all academic content, and in the practical part in which the related clinical skills were applied. On the last day of the course, certificates of attendance were distributed to the attending students by the Nursing Faculty Dean, Dr. Roula Alio.
