Al Andalus University Participates in the Scientific Day at HILRA

Based on the invitation sent by HILRA (Higher Institute of Laser Research and Applications) - Damascus University to Al Andalus University for Medical Sciences to participate in the Scientific Day of HILRA, the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering at Al Andalus University participated in this scientific day with a lecture entitled "Design of a Device for Laser Therapy of Diabetic Foot".
The Scientific Day was held at HILRA at Damascus University on Wednesday, December 7th, 2022, in the presence of Dr. Maysaa Al-Sayoofi, Vice President of Damascus University for Scientific Affairs, as well as a group of researchers from Damascus University, Al-Manara Private University, Al Andalus University for Medical Sciences, and Atomic Energy Commission.
During the Scientific Day, a lecture was presented by Dr. Ayman Al-Kayal under the title "Design of a Device for Laser Therapy of Diabetic Foot". This is part of the research axis worked on in the Medical Equipment Department by the faculty scientific research team (Dr. Mamdouh Monif, Dean of the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering; Dr. Ayman Al-Kayal, Head of the Medical Equipment Department; Zainab Kassab; and Youssef Al-Khatib.
During this event, a group of scientific meetings took place with a number of researchers from the University of Damascus and Al-Manara Private University. The researchers have expressed their desire for scientific cooperation with the scientific research teams in the Faculty of Biomdical Engineering at Al Andalus University for Medical Sciences.
