A new achievement added to the record of the Private University of Al-Andalus for Medical Sciences.
The latest edition of the Spanish Transparency Ranking has been released in the first half of July, which this year adopted two new criteria: the criterion of scientific papers published within the top 1% globally, and the criterion of excellence.
In light of this ranking, Al-Andalus University for Medical Sciences achieved outstanding results, ranking 7th locally among universities and research centers in the Syrian Arab Republic, and 8,271st globally.
The university also achieved a notable research accomplishment by obtaining five scientific papers published in the list of the top 1% of scientific papers worldwide, in addition to 42 scientific papers in the excellence criterion, which represents double its balance compared to the previous edition of the ranking.
The university affirms its continued commitment to advancing scientific research and enhancing its academic presence on both the local and international levels.
