Announcement Regarding Registration for University Transportation for the Fall Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year

Announcement regarding registration for university transportation according to the required attendance days for the Fall Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year:

  1. Registration starts on 10/09/2025 exclusively via the (Lernata) Student Portal.
  2. The final deadline for paying the transportation fee for the current semester will be announced in advance.
  3. Progressive financial penalties will be applied to any outstanding balances if payment is not made within the announced period.
  4. To withdraw from the transportation service, please visit the University Services Follow-up Office, submit a withdrawal form. Withdrawal is only considered accepted after the form is signed and submitted to the University Services Follow-up Office.
  5. In case of withdrawal, the student will incur a progressive cancellation fee based on the value and duration of the subscription:
    a. Withdrawal during the first week after registration incurs a 25% fee of the transportation fee.
    b. Withdrawal during the second week after registration incurs a 50% fee of the transportation fee.
  6. It is not possible to withdraw from the university transportation service after three weeks from the registration date for any reason.
  7. In case of misconduct or violations of the transportation rules, a warning will be issued to the student. Upon receiving two warnings, the student will be dismissed from the transportation service and is not entitled to any refund.
  8. If a student uses the transportation service without prior registration and in violation of the rules, the student will be required to pay the full semester fee, starting from next Saturday, 11/10/2025.
  9. If necessary, or in case of emergency, withdrawal, or violation of transportation terms and conditions, parents will be contacted by the University Services Follow-up Office.
  10. Pick-up and drop-off locations and schedules from city and rural centers, as well as return trips from the university, will be determined in accordance with the academic schedule and applicable regulations and rules.
  11. For complaints, observations, and suggestions, please contact the University Services Follow-up Office and the Transportation Department immediately.
  12. A new transportation route will be established for any area if a sufficient number of students has registered.
