Delegation from Al Andalus University for Medical Sciences Visits Homs Health Directorate

In line with the university's commitment to community service, Prof. Dr. Hussein Salman, President of Al Andalus University, led a delegation to the Homs Health Directorate. The delegation included:
- The university's Vice Presidents for Administrative and students’ Affairs
- The university's Vice Presidents for Scientific Affairs
- The University Secretary
- The Director of Al Andalus University's Office in Homs
During the meeting with Dr. Abdul Karim Ghali, Director of Homs Health, the two parties explored avenues for future collaboration, particularly in technical cooperation (e.g., medical equipment maintenance) and scientific research (e.g., data sharing for joint studies).
Prof. Dr. Hussein Salman emphasized the readiness of the Biomedical Engineering faculty and students to provide technical support in medical equipment maintenance. On his part, Dr. Abdul Karim Ghali affirmed the Health Directorate’s commitment to supporting scientific research by facilitating data access and collaboration with university researchers.
Both parties agreed to strengthen cooperation and maintain ongoing communication to serve national interests and contribute to building the new Syria.
