Dr. Kanaan Al-Tamimi Completes Review and Peer-Review of 100 Scientific Papers in International Refereed Journals

Dr. Kanaan Al-Tamimi, Vice President of Al Andalus University for Medical Sciences in Tartous, Syria, has successfully reviewed and peer-reviewed 100 scientific research papers and articles for researchers from around the world, including countries such as the United States, China, Russia, Australia, and others. This accomplishment was achieved over a period exceeding one year for two of the most prestigious international peer-reviewed journals:
1. International Journal of Surgery – Global Health: A renowned British journal indexed in leading global databases such as Scopus, PubMed, Elsevier, and SCImago.
2. Annals of Medicine & Surgery: A reputable and widely circulated American journal, accessed by over half a million doctors worldwide and also indexed among the top international scientific research platforms.
The peer-review process was conducted under the name of Al Andalus University for Medical Sciences, in line with Dr. Al-Tamimi’s faculty membership and his role as Vice President of the university.
