Syrian students
Required documents for newly registered students:
1. A copy of the ID card and of the passport (if there is any).
2. The original secondary school certificate with six validated copies.
3. For male students: 12 photos (in formal dress).
4. Application form.
5. An attendance form containing student’s personal data.
6. Scientific Research Bank form.
7. Language Center form.
8. A payment receipt.
Note: Documents 4 - 9 are obtained from the university.

Arab (non-Syrian) Students
With the love of a true brotherhood, Al Andalus University opens its doors to Arab students from all Arab countries to enroll in its faculties. Currently, a high proportion of its Arab students are of the Iraqi nationality. More than 800 Iraqi students have graduated from the university, most of whom are working in Iraq now having conveyed to Iraqi citizens the love of Syrians and their wishes of prosper and peace.

Required documents for newly registered Arab students:
1. A copy of the ID card and of the passport.
2. The original secondary school certificate with six validated copies.
3. Sequence of Study at school: Ninth Year (original + 3 certified copies), Tenth Year (original + 3 certified copies) and Eleventh Year (original + 3 certified copies).
4. For male students: 12 photos (in formal dress).
5. Application form.
6. An attendance form containing student’s personal data.
7. Scientific Research Bank form.
8. Language Center form.
9. A payment receipt.

Note (1): Documents 1 - 3 must be certified by:
1. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country where the certificate is issued.
2. The Syrian embassy in the country where the certificate is issued.
3. The Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Note (2): Documents 5 - 9 are obtained from the university.

Syrian and Arab students transferred from other universities
In addition to all the above-mentioned documents, students willing to transfer from other universities must provide the following documents:
1. A transcript of academic records.
2. A student’s record.
3. Description of modules taken.
For Arab students, theses three documents must be certified by:
1. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country where the certificate is issued.
2. The Syrian embassy in the country where the certificate is issued.
3. The Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Registration fees
Applying at Al Andalus University requires the payments of following fees (in Syrian Pound):
1. Mofadalah fee: a one-time payment of 10,000 S. P. (Arab students, and the like, must pay 50.00 USD).
2. Registration fee: a one-time payment of 50,000 S. P. (Arab students, and the like, must pay 100.00 USD).
3. Books fee: 100,000 S. P. (Arab students, and the like, must pay 200.00 USD), to be paid at beginning of each academic year.
4. Medical card fee: a one-time payment of 25,000 S. P. (Arab students, and the like, must pay 50.00 USD).
5. TOEFL Fee: 50,000 S. P. (Arab students, and the like, must pay 100.00 USD), to be paid at beginning of each academic year.
6. Internet Fee: 25,000 S. P. (Arab students, and the like, must pay 100.00 USD), to be paid at beginning of each academic year.
